Dobbs Ferry Summer Camps
2026 Summer Camp Information
All camps will run from July 6th - August 14th
The Dobbs Ferry Recreation Department offers a variety of summer camp programs designed to provide children with a fun, safe, and engaging summer experience. Our camps focus on building friendships, encouraging teamwork, and creating lasting memories through a wide range of activities.
We offer three different camp programs to meet the interests and needs of different age groups:
Day Camp (Entering Kindergarten–4th Grade): A traditional summer camp experience filled with games, arts and crafts, daily swim lessons, free swim, sports and special events. Camp will take place at Gould Park. In the event of inclement weather, camp will be held indoors at one of the Dobbs Ferry schools. Online registration will begin on April 7th at 11am. Junior Teen Travel Camp (Entering 5th–6th Grade): A step up from day camp that introduces campers to exciting off-site trips and adventures throughout the week. Campers will have the opportunity to go on a different trip three days a week. The remaining two days of the week will be held at Gould park or the school depending on the weather. On trip days pick up and drop off will be at the Dobbs Ferry High School; the other two days will be at Gould Park. Online registration will begin on April 10th at 11am for all six weeks and April 15th at 11am for weekly registrations for Dobbs Ferry residents and school district families. Teen Travel Camp (Entering 7th–9th Grade): A travel-focused program where campers visit a variety of destinations and attractions, creating memorable experiences with friends. Campers will travel Monday - Thursdays and will spend the day on Fridays from 9am - 1pm at Gould Park - where they will have the opportunity to swim and play games at the pool. Online registration will begin on April 9th at 11am for all six weeks and April 14th at 11am for weekly registrations for Dobbs Ferry residents and school district families. Important Registration Information:
After registering, additional documents must be completed and submitted. These include:
- Child’s immunization records from the doctor’s office with the doctor’s stamp
- Medication Authorization Form (if applicable)
- Camper Information Form, including waivers for swimming, sunscreen, and insect repellent
All paperwork and required forms MUST be submitted by May 15th.
Please note that registration is NOT complete until all required documents are received.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued after May 8th.
