Facility/Park Rentals

Dobbs Ferry Facility Rentals

The Dobbs Ferry Embassy Center is available for private use for residents only. All applications must be submitted at least two months in advance to the Recreation Department at Memorial Park (105 Palisade Street). All applications must be reviewed by the Recreation Commission which meets the first Monday of every month. Any applications submitted less than two months in advance of the event date will incur an additional $50 administration fee. Proof of residency must be submitted with application. 

Dobbs Ferry Park Rentals 

Dobbs Ferry fields and Parks are available for private use.  All applications must be submitted at least one month in advance to the Recreation Department at Memorial Park (105 Palisade Street). All  applications must be reviewed by the Recreation Commission. Rental fees are due upon submission. Any applications submitted less than one month in advance of the event date will incur an additional $50 administration fee.

For all park rentals, renters will...

  • Agree to follow all posted park rules.
  • Be considerate of other park patrons by keeping noise at reasonable levels and clean up during and after their event.
  • Pay the rental fee and submit the deposit to reserve your requested date and time. Your date and time are not reserved until it has been confirmed by the Dobbs Ferry Recreation Department. 

Dobbs Ferry Recreation Department will...

  • Confirm your rental request through review by the Dobbs Ferry Parks and Recreation Commission (which meets monthly)
  • Accept a maximum of one rental event per location per day.
  • Communicate with the Dobbs Ferry Police and the Department of Public Works.  Dobbs Ferry Police may check in with you to confirm your party rental. Dobbs Ferry DPW may provide addidational waste receptacles to accommodate the size of the reserved event. 

Waterfront Park Rules 

  • Private parties can reserve the picnic tables north of the playground, which includes  five (5) picnic tables and two (2) grills. Parties are done in four (4) hour blocks of time. Parties at this location can accommodate up to 50 people.
